Okonomi is the first half of okonomiyaki, the Osaka pancake cooked with whatever you choose to put in it. That's how we think restaurant software should work. A café switches on billing and UPI, a dine-in restaurant adds tables and kitchen screens, a group adds stock and rotas. Each runs it the way it likes, and adds more as it grows.

What we believe about restaurant software
Service can't wait for the internet
A dropped connection at 8 pm is a normal Friday, so billing and kitchen tickets have to keep working through it. We built the system offline-first for that reason.
The kitchen is the heart of it
Every channel ends at the pass. An order from Zomato, a QR code and table 7 should look the same to the chef, arrive at the right station and never get lost.
An owner should see the real numbers
Sales are easy to show. Food cost, labour cost and cash that doesn't match are what decide whether a restaurant survives, so they sit on the same screen as sales.
Your data and your money stay yours
Payments settle to your own account, guest details are encrypted, and you can take everything with you as spreadsheets whenever you want.
