Your own figures decide this. Delivery charges and payment fees on your own page are not included.
Billing questions
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a plan and add a payment method. Nothing you set up during the trial is lost. If you don't continue, you can export your data for 30 days.
Is the price per outlet?
The price is per restaurant account and covers every outlet up to your plan's limit. The device limit covers tablets and screens across all outlets.
Can I change plans in the middle of a month?
Yes. Upgrades switch on straight away and are charged pro rata. If you move down, the features you no longer pay for are paused, and their data is kept for 30 days in case you switch back.
Are there setup or hardware fees?
No setup fee. Okonomi runs on your own tablets and printers. If you need hardware, we can point you to printers and terminals that work well.
Do you take a share of my sales?
No. You pay the monthly plan. Card and UPI fees go to your payment company, and delivery commissions to the apps, as they do today.
